While a blog, of course, is primarily a one-to-many, one-way communications medium, sometimes it becomes useful to contact the author. This is the purpose of this form. You can contact me if you want me to give a talk at your company about the topics presented here. Or you can report a bug, speling mistake or request a feature. Finally, we can just chat, like, if you feel lonely, I'll listen.

All fields need to be filled in, except "class". Funnily it's a select which always has a selected option, so while technically it's not compulsory, practically it will always contain a value. I expect a bunch of death knigths.
